Why Optivive GO! was Crafted
Optivive GO! was created for people who ask more of their bodies and minds every day. Long hours. Demanding schedules. Workouts. Travel. Performance under pressure.
Most hydration products focus only on recovery after fatigue has already set in. Optivive GO! was designed around a different philosophy — preparation first.
By focusing on Metabolic Readiness, Optivive GO! delivers a clinically informed approach intended to help support your body before physical and cognitive demands begin.

Built for Those Who Stay Ready
Optivive GO! is engineered for high-performers who refuse to wait for fatigue to set in. Whether you are facing the physical demands of professional life or the rigors of elite athletics, this system is for you:

The Story
Dr. Michael S. Beckenstein is a double board-certified plastic surgeon whose work has long focused on improving patient outcomes through better preparation, performance, and recovery. In his effort to optimize surgical results, he pursued advanced training in nutrition and sports performance, recognizing that how the body is supported before stress plays a critical role in how it performs and recovers. This perspective led to the development of the original Optivive formulation, designed to prepare patients ahead of surgery and improve their overall experience and outcomes.
As a cancer survivor himself, Dr. Beckenstein applied these same principles personally—using the Optivive formulation in preparation for his own surgery. Outside of medicine, he is an avid athlete, competing in international erg bike and rowing events while maintaining a rigorous training routine.
Building on the success of Optivive in clinical use, he refined the formulation to meet the demands of performance, training, and everyday life—leading to the creation of Optivive GO!.
After applying the original Optivive formulation in preparation for his own cancer surgery, Dr. Beckenstein went directly from the hospital to the gym to ride an Echo bike — reinforcing his belief that how you prepare beforehand can influence how you perform and recover afterward.
